PhoneBridge

PhoneBridge is a full-featured AI receptionist and outbound calling platform that I designed and developed from the ground up. The application transforms a Google Voice number into an intelligent business communication hub capable of handling phone calls, SMS conversations, outbound sales campaigns, and business workflow automation.

I built the entire system, including Google Voice integration, real-time voice processing, AI-powered call handling, live speech transcription, SMS automation, outbound campaign management, caller memory, and external business integrations. The platform allows businesses to deploy AI voice and text agents that can answer inquiries, qualify leads, schedule appointments, access connected business systems, and seamlessly transfer conversations to a human operator when necessary.

The application features a native desktop experience for macOS and Windows, real-time call transcripts, customizable AI personalities, IVR menu systems, persistent caller history, automated dialing campaigns, and integrations with Google Workspace, Shopify, and custom MCP servers. Through these integrations, the AI agent can interact with calendars, email, customer records, orders, and other business tools during live conversations.

This project required end-to-end ownership across product design, desktop application development, AI orchestration, telephony integration, real-time communication systems, data persistence, and user experience design.
